1. The DPWH-NCR-Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, through
GAA, intends to apply the sum of Php 63,045,661.25 being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CID No.
25OD0220 - Rehabilitation of Elysian Pumping Station and Additional
Two (2) Units Pumps and Reconstruction of Pump House at Barangay
Marulas, Valenzuela City Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH-NCR-Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, through its
