1. The DPWH-NCR-Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, through GAA, intends to apply the sum of Php 32,337,823.50 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CID No. 25OD0092 - Rehabilitation of Roads and Drainages along P. Deato St., Barangay Balangkas, Valenzuela City Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
