The DPWH-NCR-Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, through GAA, intends to apply the sum of Php 24,492,021.86 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CID No. 25OD0087 - Rehabilitation of Road and Drainage along G. Salazar St., Barangay Wawang Pulo, Valenzuela City Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
