1) The DPWH Davao Occidental District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Pesos Only (Php 162,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Unleaded Fuel (Gasoline) for use in Grass Cutter of DPWH, Malita, Davao Occidental Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DPWH Davao Occidental District Engineering Office now invites bids for
Purchase of Unleaded Fuel (Gasoline) for use in Grass Cutter of DPWH, Malita, Davao Occidental. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
