Description : 1. To bid for this contract, a Contractor must meet the following major criteria: (a) prior registration with the DPWH, (b) Filipino Citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership, corporation, cooperative, or joint venture, (c) with PCAB License applicable to the type and cost of this contract
2. All particulars relative to the Evaluation of bids, Post-Qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of revised R.A. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations.
3. Delivery period within 10 C. D. upon effectivity of Notice to Proceed. Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 69 of the Revised IRR-RA 9184 shall be for a minimum for non-delivery without valid reason.

4. Price validity shall be for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
5. This request for Quotation (RFQ) must be accompanied with detailed estimates and the following:
