The DPWH Samar 1st District Engineering Office, through SUB-ALLOTMENT ADVICE No. SR2025-05-016458 issued on May 22, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos (P2,717,880.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, grease and SAE 30 under Contract ID No. 25GIJ010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
