Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY/DELIVERY OF 1 UNIT ASPHALT RECYCLING MACHINE FOR USE IN THE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

1. The DPWH Samar 1st District Engineering Office, through SUB-ALLOTMENT ADVICE Nos. SR2025-02-006044 issued on February 19, 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos & 64/100 Cents. (P1,084,760.64) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 1 unit asphalt recycling machine under Contract ID No. 25GIJ004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH Samar 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply/Delivery of the Goods is required to start within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
