1. The DPWH Samar 1st District Engineering Office, through SUB-ALLOTMENT ADVICE Nos. SR2024-11-020905 issued on November 21, 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,992,500.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 45,000 liters diesel under Contract ID No. 25GIJ001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
