*Cleaning will be done 2x a year in 6 months interval.
*Half of the number of units for the 1st schedule and another half for the 2nd schedule.
Cleaning Scope:
• Air ducts and vents
• Supply and return grills
• Filters (replace or clean)
• Evaporator and condenser coils
• Fan/blower motor
• Drain pans and drain lines
Manpower / Technician Qualifications
• Trained HVAC technician or cleaning contractor
• Knowledge of system components and safe handling
Post-Cleaning Requirements
• Test airflow and system operation
• Reinstall filters and covers
• Dispose of collected dust/debris properly
• Provide service report (before/after condition)
