Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF EVALUATION OF THE COMMISSION ON FILIPINOS OVERSEAS (CFO) AND FORMULATION OF ITS 2026-2036 STRATEGIC ROADMAP
1. The Commission on Filipinos Overseas, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (PhP 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Conduct of the Evaluation of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) and the Formulation of its 2026-2036 Strategic Roadmap. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The CFO now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the CFO Evaluation and Formulation of its 2026-2036 Strategic Roadmap.
