Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CENTRALIZED PROCUREMENT OF ICT
EQUIPMENT FOR NHQ STAFF AND PCG UNITS

1 The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY-2025
intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETEEN PESOS AND 37/100 (PHP31,485,619.37)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Centralized Procurement of ICT Equipment for NHQ Staff and PCG Units. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for Centralized Procurement of ICT
Equipment for NHQ Staff and PCG Units using the Lowest/Single Calculated
Responsive Bid (L/SCRB) award criterion using Competitive Bidding as a mode of
procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120)
Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have
completed within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
