The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS ONLY (Php 839,960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Ceiling Materials for Upgrading and Improvement of the 3rd Floor CENTEX Building as Classroom Instructions use.
