  Description : Invitation to Bid for CCTV Rehabilitation

  1. The Barangay Valle Cruz, through the Annual Budget 2026(General Fund) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty Three Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php 643,400.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CCTV Rehabilitation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Barangay Valle Cruz now invites bids for CCTV Rehabilitation. Completion of the Works is required from March 18 to April 18,2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) weeks from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
  
  3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
