• MATERIALS MUST BE OF GOOD QUALITY
• SUPPLIER MUST BE WITHIN THE CITY PROPER.
• PAYMENT OF GOODS/SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT IS SUBJECT TO WITHHOLDING TAX.
• DELIVERY OF GOODS/SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HERETO ATTACHED SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY OF THE SCHOOL OR UPON THE INSTRUCTION OF THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL OR HIS/HER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
• GOODS/SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT MUST BE DELIVERED AT CITY CENTRAL SCHOOL, RISK SHALL PASS FROM THE SUPPLIER TO THE PURCHASER UPON THE RECEIPT, INSPECTION, AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS BY ITS AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
