SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE TERMITE CONTROL SERVICES

I. BACKGROUND

Housekeeping Unit has been in-charge of the cleanliness and orderliness of the hospital and
supervision of the contractual personnel but do not have the capability to control and
extinguish termite. The Pest Control contract do not include (in the scope) termite control.

EFMD has personnel assigned to apply chemical to control termites but unable to do so.
Several infestations occurred at different areas of the hospital resulting to damage of wooden
built-in cabinets.

II. OBJECTIVE

This project aims to procure the services of a contractor specialized in the control and
extinguishing termites of any kind by providing the manpower, labor, chemicals, tools and
equipment necessary to execute the required service.

The area covered by this project includes the whole JRRMMC and the buildings within the
vicinity.
