The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the FALSE of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Peso(S) (174900) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of (CATERING for SPORT ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (APRIL 16, 2025) at Leling Beach, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur) /25-.

Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted
