INVITATION TO BID

Catering Services for Women-s Month Celebration

1. The Local Government Unit - Dolores, through the GAD 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand pesos (Php278,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Catering Services for Women-s Month Celebration /PB-G-25-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit-Dolores now invites bids for Catering Services for Women-s Month Celebration. Delivery of the Goods is required Four (4) Calendar Days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
