1. The Department of Education (DepEd) DIVISION OF LEYTE through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) under FY 2025 - General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS & 00/100 ONLY (Php 6,714,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CATERING SERVICES WITH VENUE FOR THE CONDUCT OF 5TH TO 8TH DIVISION MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE with BID REFERENCE NO. SDOLEYTE- 2025-05-063, as follows: (details are found in Section VI - Schedule of Requirements and Section VII - Technical Specifications)
