The Department of Education (DepED) Schools Division Office of Ligao City, hereafter referred to as the Procuring Entity, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum Two Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (285,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for CATERING SERVICES WITH VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF TRAINING ON DISASTER AND RISK REDUCTION FOR VOLCANO, EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI HAZARDS . Request for Quotation (RFQ) received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at RFQ opening.
