INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CATERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES AND TRAININGS OF MAS, MSWD AND MAYOR'S OFFICE (2025-038)

1. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY, through the GF 2025, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (₱625,900.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the CATERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES AND TRAININGS OF MAS, MSWD AND MAYOR'S OFFICE (2025-038) at Bacacay, Albay. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 7 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
