a catering service/meal provider for the conduct of Upgrading Skills for DOT Accredited
Tour Guides on July 14-18, 2025 at the 2nd floor DOT Training Room

1. Buffet meals requirements.
a. Formal Buffet Table Set-up
b. Complete set of utensils
c. Waiters are in their uniform
d. Buffet table should be set up before the start of the Training
e. Coffee is available before the start of the Training

2. Meals should include the following:
a. AM and PM Snacks with overflowing/unli coffee
- Standard Filipino snacks
b. Lunch
- Standard Filipino dishes: 2 viand, rice, desert and drinks
c. Practical Exam on the 4th day - July 17, 2025
- Packed meals:
o AM, PM snacks with bottled water and complete utensils
