Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CATERING SERVICES - TRAINING ON WATER SEARCH AND RESCUE (WASAR)

1. The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur], through the [LDRRM Fund CY 2025] intends to apply the sum of [Two Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P238,750.00]) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Catering Services - Training on Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) - PRN 2025-03-019]. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur] now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within [March 24-28, 2025] a contract similar to the Project.
