PROJECT TITLE: Tourist-Oriented Police for Community Order and Protection (TOPCOP) Training
DATE OF DELIVERY: November 10-14, 2025
Location: Cagayan de Oro City
DELIVERABLE/SERVICES: CATERING SERVICES FOR 5 DAYS
Total ABC: One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 180,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes
and charges.

TERMS OF REFERENCE:
 Provision of buffet lunch, with drinks, good for 60 pax
- Managed buffet lunch with soup, 2 viands, noodles/vegetables, dessert, rice, and
drinks, good for 60 pax
- AM and PM snacks with drinks, good for 60 pax
- Free flowing coffee and water
- Provision of plates, cutleries, and glassware
- Must have standby staff
- Must submit menu per day
 Day 1 to 5 - November 10-14, 2025 set up at PNP 10 Training Center, Camp Alagar, Lapasan,
Cagayan de Oro City
