Description : The Department of Tourism -National Capital Region is in need of a catering services to provide meals (AM Snacks, Lunch and PM Snacks) in connection to the implementation of Tour Package Development and Delivery Seminar for City Government of Marikina on 20 to 22 May 2025.

I. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIERS

a. Duly registered Philippine company with appropriate government Agency.
b. Must be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement Systems (PhilGEPS).
c. Amenable to government procedure or send-bill arrangement and preferably with Land Bank of the Philippines account.

II. SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES

Provision of Meals for 40 Pax
- Managed Buffet for Lunch for 40 Pax
o Lunch preferably with soup, 2 viands, vegetable, dessert and one round of soda/juice
- AM and PM Snack for 40 Pax
o Snacks should consist of a noodle or pasta dish with sandwich and /or Fries/Chips and one round of soda or juice
