PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS:
1. The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS ONLY (P112,320.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the CATERING SERVICES FOR THE THREE (3) DAY LIVE-IN THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY LADDERIZED PROGRAM TRAINING (PREPARATORY STAGE-PHASE) ORIENTATION. The delivery place will be at the General Service Office, Tanauan, Leyte. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
