1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through GAD Fund CY - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 49,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Catering Services in Support to Mental Health Symposium - Maria Integrated School Students, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00075GSV-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
