1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through MOOE Fund CY - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱3,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Catering Services in Support to Coastal Clean-up @ Candaping B, Maria, Siquijor - MAO, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00081GSV-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
