1. The LGU-GIPORLOS EASTERN SAMAR, through the PMNP HPG 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP215,100.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Catering Services for Social Behavioral Change Program of RHU Giporlos with Project Identification Number GOODS 2025-06-004 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-GIPORLOS, EASTERN SAMAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
