The Municipality of Sta. Rita now invites Suppliers to submit Bids for the CATERING SERVICES FOR SCHOOL BASED IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM.

The Approved Budget Cost is One Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (Php105,000.00) Only.

Said prospective suppliers are required to submit the following documents together with the quotation/written proposals which shall be evaluated on January 6, 2025, 9:00 o-clock in the morning at the Municipal Hall, Conference Room, Municipality of Sta. Rita, to wit:

1. Valid and current Mayors Permit
2. DTI Registration/SEC Registration
3. PhilGEPS Registration
4. BIR Registration
5. Omnibus Sworn Statement

The criteria to be used for the eligibility check of the prospective bidders, examination and evaluation of bids, post-qualification and all matters relevant to this procurement shall be in accordance with Republic Act. No. 9184 (The Government Procurement Reform Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
