INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION
Catering Services - RIC Congress & 4H Club Congress

1. The LGU-Alburquerque, through the LGU General Fund intends to apply the sum of Eighty Four Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (P84,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement Catering Services - RIC Congress & 4H Club Congress. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Alburquerque now invites bids for the Catering Services for the Elderly week Celebration and Elderly Culmination Program. Delivery of the Goods and services shall be on:
