INVITATION TO BID FOR the

Catering Services, Rental of Tent and Trucking Service for the Inauguration and Turn-Over Ceremony of the Newly Constructed Tourist Area in this municipality

1. The Local Government Unit of San Jose, through the General Fund C/Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Pesos (Php 318,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Catering Services, Rental of Tent, and Trucking Service for the Inauguration and Turn-Over Ceremony of the Newly Constructed Tourist Area of this municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SAN JOSE now invites bids for the CATERING SERVICES, RENTAL OF TENT AND TRUCKING SERVICE FOR THE INAUGURATION AND TURN-OVER CEREMONY OF THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED TOURIST AREA IN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
