CATERING SERVICES for Primary Care Provider Network for the Province of Davao Oriental
SOURCE OF FUND: Special Health Fund

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php105,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the CATERING SERVICES for Primary Care Provider Network for the Province of Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the CATERING SERVICES for Primary Care Provider Network for the Province of Davao Oriental. Delivery of the goods starts within 7 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
