TERM & CONDITIONS:
1. Winning Catering services should set up a fiesta-themed vibe on September 5, 2025 on or before 6:00PM at the Old Covered Court, Brgy. 02, Hernani, Eastern Samar.
2. Set-up should include the provision of tables and chairs for all attendees with a presidential table for the local officials.
3. To minimize trash, banana leaves placed on a paper plate holder should be used instead of disposable plates.
