Rita, through LGU fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php396,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the CATERING SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE FEEDING PROGRAM FOR NUTRITIONALLY AT RISK PREGNANT AND LACTATING WOMEN @ LGU - STA. RITA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
