The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Philhealth Capitation Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos and 00/100 (Php304,170.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CATERING SERVICES OF MEALS & SNACKS FOR EMR ONSITE TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION ROLLOUT FOR PCF HEALTH, NON-HEALTH WORKERS & BHW.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 15 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
