[The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TARRAGONA, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CATERING SERVICES OF MEALS AND SNACKS for any activities, meetings and conferences of this municipality.
