Terms and Conditions:
1. The winning bidder shall provide meals (2 snacks AM, PM, breakfast and lunch) depending on the activity schedule.
2. Breakfast and lunch shall include meat/fish, vegetable, rice, soup and drinks
3. AM/PM snack per pax must include pastry/carbohydrate-rich snack and drinks.
4. Winning bidder shall provide utensils, tables, chairs and labor for the job called for.
5. Payment shall be made on a staggered basis as per activity conducted.
6. The contractor shall follow the specified menu.
