Terms and Conditions:
1. A coordinator from the Mayor-s Office shall arrange and provide orders to the supplier. (e.g. No. of pax, menu, delivery time & date, place of delivery)
2. Expect that some orders are abrupt and will be delivered immediately depending on the nature of meeting/engagement
3. Freshly cooked food for meals
4. Availability of personnel to assist during buffet type caterings
5. Supplier shall provide necessary utensils and food amenities. Provision of tables, chairs, cloth and other materials as needed/requested
6. On time delivery
7. Monthly billing shall be processed for all successful transactions
8. Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner including snacks
