Description : Invitation to Bid for the
CATERING SERVICES DURING THE OATHTAKING CEREMONY OF THE NEWLY-ELECTED MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS OF RAMON, ISABELA

1. The LGU-RAMON, ISABELA, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Php650,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the catering services during the oathtaking ceremony of the newly-elected municipal officials of Ramon, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-RAMON, ISABELA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 5 days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
