1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through PMNP HPG Fund C/Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINETY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php 99,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CATERING SERVICES DURING MNIYCF FOR HEALTH WORKERS (BHW AND BNS) [GOODS-SVP-2025-08-062]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
