1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through LDRRMF CY 2025 (94-2) ITEM #2 CAPACITY BUILDING intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS (Php 144,165.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CATERING SERVICES DURING BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING AND WATER SEARCH RESCUE [GOODS-SVP-2025-05-045]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
