4. Subject to 1% retention warranty if applicable (GPPB Resolution No. 30-2017, dated May 30, 2017).
5. Any interlineations or erasures shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by duly authorized representative.
6. Bidders must be registered in PhilGEPS
7. Bidders must submit latest Mayor's Permit, DTI Permit, BIR Registration, and PhilGEPS Registration Number
8. Supplier shall submit notarized omnibus sworn statement prior award.
