Invitation to Bid for Catering Services for the conduct of the Year End Assessment 2025 of Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar.
The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, through the Human Resource Program, LGU Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 140,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments for 350 pax for AM snack, PM snacks and meals (dinner) under the contract for the Catering Services for the Conduct of the Year End Assembly 2025. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement. Completion of work is required 1 calendar day. Bidders should have completed within two (5) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
