Description : 1. The Department of Education-Cordillera Administrative Region Regional Office
(DepEd - CAR RO), using a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright
Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid under GPPB Resolution
No. 27-2019, through the FY 2025 Government Appropriations Act (GAA) Fund
intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Nine
Hundred Pesos Only (P 3,863,900.00), with identification number DepEd-CAR RO
CB 2025-03-003 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids
received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The DepEd - CAR RO now invites bids for Catering Services for the Conduct of
Various Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) of Deped-CAR Regional Office
under Single Year Framework Agreement for CY 2025. Delivery of the Goods is
required within CY 2025. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from
