  The Department of Education, Schools Division of Parañaque through MOOE, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 330,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts Catering Services for the Conduct of Various Activities of SGOD for the Second Quarter-Second Posting.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
  
  The SDO Paranaque through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above-mentioned goods, within four (4) calendar days.
