2. Winning supplier must provide their menu and breakdown of expenses per dish
3. If delivered food or a part thereof is unacceptable/unsatisfactory, LWUA has the prerogative to partially pay the winning supplier or demand for a replacement/refund, or any other form of remedial measures to cover the cost of the rejected portion under the P.O
