Terms and Conditions:
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The selected caterer shall:
a. Menu Customization: provide a range of menu options and collaborate with the relevant PRCMO staff to tailor the menu to suit
the event and its anticipated attendees for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.
b. Beverages: alongside food, offer non-alcoholic beverages that complement the meals provided.
c. Use of eco-friendly materials: use eco-friendly materials for food delivery, such as paper packaging, paper straws and bamboo
utensils, and avoid using plastics.
CONTRACT DURATION
The contract shall be valid within May 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance evaluation and mutual
agreement between parties.
