The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE PMS 2025 YEAR-END CELEBRATION with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Five Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Pesos (PhP547,000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 27 November 2025, 2:00 PM.

b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
