Description : Terms and Conditions:
1. The Scheduled dates of training are tentative only and subject to change
2. Caterer Shall deliver the required number of food ( light , heavy and meals) based on the approved schedule of activities.
3. Caterer shall deliver food and services on time as specified in the PR or as instructed by the end-user (AM Snack-9:30am, Lunch- 11:30am, PM snacks 2:30pm) Snacks and Meal must be ready approximately 15 minutes before schedule mealtime, to ensure the best possible food quality. Spicy food are not allowed.
4. Use of Styrophore containers is not allowed.
5. With tables and chairs arrangement good for 40 participants, to be set - up a day before the activity. Each table composed of 5 participants .
