DA8-SERVICES-2025-96 (ID No. BT-25-SERVICES-RICE-61489-0515)

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the RICE - 2025 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P717,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Catering Services in the Conduct of Building Sustainable Rice: Agroecology-based Rice Farming Training for Farmer-Adopters in Abuyog, Leyte and Ormoc City”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per schedule. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
